Delay in the delevery

Dear Sir

I have booked a maruti swift from Berkely Automobiles Limited, Show room No 24 24 industrials area Phase I, Chandighar. Phone 0172-5069999. I have payed a advance of Rs 50000 via CB No 7470 on 1/6. They have mentioend that the delivery of the car shall be done in 4 months. i am not getting any response from maruti dealer as well as from the company. I am harassed by the dealer stating that they are not intrested in selling the car and asking me to take back the advance money . i am in the problem. Please help me in this regard.
