Maruti Swift Dzire vxi

I booked a Maruti Swift Dzire VXi with Competent Automobiles on 17-Feb-09. As usual, while taking the order, the salesperson told that the car will be delivered within 18 - 20 days. It has been frustrating 3.5 months of continuous follow-ups with the dealer and the customer care department and there are no signs of delivery. To top it, neither the dealer nor the customer care responds to the calls made by you to check the status. Moreover, the sales people of Maruti do shoddy paper work and sign documents like Commitment checklist on your behalf which is absolutely unacceptable and amounts to forgery.

I just now received a call from the dealer after having submitted the complaint for the 3rd time with the customer care that my car is ready for delivery. Having been treated so badly, I now don't want to buy the car and want a refund with compensation.

Please advice on how to proceed.
