Bad Tyres and poor after sales service

I bought a new SX4 a year back from SKY AUTOMOBILES, CUTTACK, ORISSA.While driving on sept 16th right side front tyre bursted, ultimately car was hit on a tree and air bags were out. It took 3 months to repair my car by the dealers.they canged even the power steering as well.when i bought my car first of all the finishing was absolutely horrible like as if repaired by road side mechanic. Then power steering was not working.i kept complaining and sky automobiles said better to check it from jyoti motors in bhubaneswar.the result was tyres were hard and not suitable for driving. Because of tyre problem i could barely save my life and now remaining 4 tyres are new headache for me.soon i am plannig to sure maruti udyog and i have a letter from Sky automobiles stating about hard tyres.

Please advice what should be done in this regard.
