My customer Ashish Jain had sold a santro car at competent true value c.p to buy a new swift vxi car in sept till date rc of the car stands in name of ashish jain but actually the car has been sold to somebody in gurgaon now we have been demanding the xfered rc from past 6 mth but after repeted follow up with competent, maruti customer care, maruti regional office we are not getting any positive response as to when will we get the transfered rc.now who stands responible if aything goes wrong in any manner.

if this is the only solution what is this customer care for

i have spoken to varun, pandey, vijay khanna, anandu, amit, ashish, ritu, nishu in various department of competent and maruti but i feel like even these people need help to sort out the matter

now i hope to get a positive response asap for the problem
