Unprofessional attitude of a deale

Sir,

I have gone to your service centre City Automobiles, situatted at kanke Road Ranchi (Jharkhand) on 06-03. for the service of Maruti Alto Vehicle no JH01H-6571.

there are unwanted sound at any where. for solution of the above service centre have opened all wheels and replace the wheel barring. For it I have paid Rs 1786.00.

But unfortunatelly I have to say that The problem hasn't get End. above service station have said also that for solving the problem they have to open cleatch-plate and gear box.

If it is not required to replace the wheel barring then why they do so. who is responsible for my unexpected expenditure?
