Phone is dead

I have recently taken the bsnl landline connection, but with a great regret I have to say that I am completely dissatisfied from the services. My phone is dead from 23rd June. It has been done intentionally. On 23rd June I have had a call from bsnl employee. He wanted to know the number, I asked his name as I did not know that he was an employee from bsnl anoopgarh (rajasthan) but he talked in a rude manner when I asked him to change his behaviour he again misbehaved. I want to know whether this is the public dealing. The employees should learn something from the private communication companies. What does he want to show making my no. dead.
