Credit Card Problem

Dear Sir,

I am facing a problem, where my name is in CIBIL software. I haven’t done any default with any banks.

Some other person who is sharing Same Name, DOB & City with me has made fraud. And the bank putted my name in the CIBIL.

Therefore I am not getting any Credit Card, Loan.

I was using three credit cards, and I have closed them on decent pattern.

In past I have applied for credit card for almost all banks but I haven’t got. Till the time I was not aware that why this is happening.

Two month back I have planned to purchase a car, and then I applied for car loan with bank from where I come to know that my name is in CIBIL by citi bank.

I have approached to all officials in bank to prove that I am not that guy but no buddy is able to help me.

Please do the needful and let me know how can I remove my name from that list.
