I am not getting divident since 2000

i purchase a certificate for rs 500/- on 15 MAy 1992 whose folio no. is 4341600 & certificate no is 040264453-57. i lost my certificate in & i written many letter for issuing a duplicate certificate you asked for L.O.u & FIR According to your instruction. I have send the attested copy of FIR with letter of undertaking after that a dividend which is coming is stop & no action is taken after that. please take some action as it has taken more than 8 years.
