LOCK OF CLUTCH PLATE

Actually I Prchased a SWIFT VXI from the M/s. AMITDEEP MOTORS ALLAHABAD on the name of my wife Mrs. ARITI . The two serviceing of my car has been done. With in one month the clutch and plate of my car loched as mentioned by the one local repirer at my home GYANPUR, which 60 Km from the M/s. AMITDEEP. After that i called to the M/s. AMITDEEP, he advised me that pulled the motor to my workshop by ur means. It is not possobel for me but anyhow i arranged the Toeing motor on my rental basis (Rs. 2000). When the car reached at the workshop M/s. AMITDEEP told me that total charges of the clutch is Rs. 3500.00 and servicing chagres is Rs. 1000.00. Till date my car is neither 1 years old onr any accidient. It the dadagiri of of the ur authorisied dealre. Kindly take necessary action against the M/s. AMITDEEP MOTORS any kindly manage to refurnd my all expenses i.e. Rs. 8500.00.

If u will not any action within 15 days i will have to go to the consumerforum against u and ur authorised dealer.
