Wrong policy conversion

Dear sir,

I kindly wish to informed you that I have very bad expireance with Max New Yark Life Insurence. I have taken a policy of Rs50000 annual premium before four month. At the time of taking policy your sales agent committed me this policy but without my concern he converted this policy into 5 diffrent policy of Premium Rs.10000. He also converted this policy premium from annual to quaterly. So my policy premium amount converted into 2, 00, 000.

And yet I have not recived any bond from your company for these policy.

So I am not satisfied with your company and I want my whole money back.
