Lapsed Policy inspite of premium paid

I have Insurance Policy with Max Newyork Life since 2001 (Polcy # 101090702). They withdrew two premiums amounting to Rs. 30, 000. Inspite of that, my policy was lapsed and I was made to issue another cheque for Rs. 30, 000 and was unnecessarlly re examined medically. Now, inspite of my regular follow up, my money sitting with them is not refunded so far. I should be remiited Rs. 30, 000 with interest and should also be compensated for unnecessary harrassment caused to me.
Customer service of max Newyorklife is highly deplorable.
