I took policy from max newyork lifeinsurance and I gave a cheque of 30000 to them, but they didnt provide me any documents regarding that,

Inspite of i gave complaint many times they didnt act up on the issue.

I took policy in 2006

they sent letters to me in 2007 telling i have to pay the premium, but I told them to give original documents then only i will pay premium.

until now i didnt get any documents from them.
