Cancellation policy

This is in regards to policy no #354908774 on the name of Mohan Lal Arora, my father

this policy was taken last month which was a misselling.

I requested for the cancellation of this within the freelook period which was denied due to mismatch of signature, I again requested for cancellation 25 days ago and have given call to customer care 10 times and everytime a callback is promised. But still no contact from their side. I hope somebody can take care of this.
