Failure to deliver premium receipt copies for past 4 months

This is to bring to your notice that i am paying for a ULIP of max newyork life insurance, a total premium of rs.8500 / month, it is observed that for past around 2 years that i am failing to revceive the premium receipt copies for either one or two policieas every month, but since past january i have not recd. any of my four mothly premium receipt copies, for which i had complained in there agent and customer care at least 15-20 times till now.

it is a shame full act, that company which is charging so hefty on account of handling and processing in provding these benifits to us, but they are not being fulfilled at all.

please see if i can get the monthly receipt of my premiums which i am paying to max new yorklife insurance every month.
