Not refund my amount

i am neeraj kumar, i have taken a policy no 733361349 from max new york life. Due to some problems, i have given request to cancell my policy no 733361349 on 13th may. but they do not give me any type of help and response. I have given cancellation request 3 times but they always told me that ur policy is under process. I have completed all formalities . pls do needful for me and refund my amount from them.
