Voilation of Commitment

I have taken insurance from Max Newyork life insurance. The plan was cover at 60. I have paid two of the annual premium without any hesitation. At third year they are charging 10.2% Service Tax in additional. That was not a part of the contract. In telephonic conversation they told that this is a government tax and we cannot accommodate it. This is a new type of scam. These Insurance companies bribe in billions to get license and to make constitutional amendments. As I think once the commitment have made should not be changed. And after one violation of commitment any of the company cannot be considered faithful. I request to the entire prospective consumer then pls. don't go to any of such insurance agencies that have foreign tie up.
