MAX NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE
Refund of RS 2500

With reference to the above subject i have paid the amount rs 2500/- by cheque no 057126 dated 26/10 of icici bank goregoan east branch mumbai and the same was clear from my bank on 26/10. this amount was paid to the insurance company with proposal form. but till now i have not yet received the policy pack or any feedback from the company. i applied to the company for the refund of my money on 9th may. with this regard we got reply through e-mail from the company refusing refund of the money.

Please look into the matter and help me to get refund of my hard money.
