Dear Sir/ Madam,

Please refer my letter dt 19.06.09 in which I had clearly mentioned that I had received my policy document on 15.06.09 and the free look cancellation request had already been forwarded to your Head Office on 19.06.09. Enclosed please find herewith a soft copy of my letter dt 19.06.09 for your ready reference.

02. According to your letter dt.22.07.2009 you are offering to your customer, a 15 days free look period within which the policy could be returned by the customer and full premium refunded to the customer. On the other side you are saying me that my free look cancellation request is outside the free look period.

Request you to please review my cancellation request once again and arrange to refund my money back.
