Dear Team,

Kindly help me with this complaint. I have taken ULIP from Max New York Company. When i have takne ploice they have commited that They will collect the premium from me every year. i have started my police from 2007. They have not come to collect i complained them they have given me Service appolgie letter saying will not happne in future. but again they have done same mistake in 2008. Againe they have sent same service applogie letter saying will not happen again. Now issue is they are asking me to pay all amount together which i am unable to pay because of big amount for me.

I have requested them to making it in some installement but they want me to pay 24 thousand together which i can't.and they are saying they surendur police if i will not pay. So kindly look into this matter and help me in this.my contact no would be 9881255086.
