Pension Plan surrende

I surrendered my Unit Linked Pension Policy No. 420063109 on 27th July and was told that the money would be credited to my saving account in Karnataka Bank Ltd. within 10 working days. It has been over 15 now. I also lodged a complaint (No. 831365) with them on 13th July. Till date nothing has come in. What should I do and should not Max NY Life pay me the interest also?
