Refund of Money against plot at Bhopal

I have taken one plot at Max mega city project of Maxowrth builders, Till now i have paid almost 1.6lac rupees. In Jun i have sent one application for the refund of money agianst the plot, but till now not getting any details of when they are going to refund the money. This is my request to Mr. Amit rathore & the ppl who knw him that pls convey this message to him, that pls refund back our money without further delay.
