Ticket not booked money debited online

Hi,

I tried booking the ticket online on 20th march in the site mayajaal.com, it uses Tech process solution as a third party to book the ticket thru netbanking gateway. I used my HDFC bank netbanking to book. Money was debited and the ticket is not booked in mayajaal. In frequent emails and reminders I didn t get proper response from mayajaal. They said money will be credited in another 5 days. Still I didn t receive any money. I saw similar complaints posted in http://inconsumercomplaints.com/? search=mayajaal by various people.
