Bad customer support and booking system

I am a customer of HP LPG residential kit (at Agra) and usually get my cylinder refill from Mayur gas agency, Agra where I have never received any prompt response on the bookings. As my residential venue is in the out skirts of Agra Mayur is the closest LPG support. At the time of emergency booking, I kept on calling (via phone) the agency for days and no one picked up the call.

I believe that they keenly need to revise their customer support if they want to retain their clients and rise towards betterment on the number of aspiring clietale.
