High risk on upper floor of d.d.a flat

Sub:- Risk of Property and Life due to dangerous Structure on Upper Floor.

Sir,

Most humbly and respectfully, I beg to submit my grievances Sympathetic considerations as under:

1. I D.N. Makhija, Senior Citizen-Retired Govt. Employee residence of C-8/249, MIG Flat, Second Floor, Rohini, Delhi 85.

2. Flat No. C-8/253, IIIrd Floor, i.e. upper floor over my flat is locked since, allotment 1988. Due to non maintenance of said house shrinkage cracks developed in roof slab and walls of said house. In Rainy season water comes in my rooms/flat, which has caused destruction of roof due to non maintenance of seeps/leaks through the roof of said house, which further drops in my house.

There is every possibility of collapse of roof terrace slabs which will ultimately effect my house, property and residence living under said property. I am too much worried.

It is therefore requested that the said property/flat may please be got repaired through owner of said house “OR” concerned department.

Again I request you to please take suitable sympathetic action as early as possible.
