BILL without Services

Dear Commissioner,

On visiting the MCD webpage i come to know the MCD commissioner is an IAS officer and Mayor is MBBS doctor a highly educated person which makes me proud. Then I feel let me share my grievance with you as I am having a water connection of Delhi Jal Board .since last two years We were not getting a single drop of water through our Taps even though we are having Jal board connection. But now Jal Board has impose the bill of Rs - on us just because of rent of non functional water meter. I think sir this is not fair because Jal board is trying to impose the bill without any service. I think my grievance may attract your attention and I expect you would resolve this grievance as soon as possible.

My expectation is very high from you because of your qualification background. rest up to you.
