Footpath covered completely with human feaces

I want to complain about the road near parade grounds..near model town the road on which the "prachin shiv mandir" and "hanumaan mandir" is located... the footpath is covered with shit and only shit...

there are slums of rickshaw pullers and all and there's no facility for them whatsoever. Crossing that stretch of road is such pitiable experience... when one comes from the university to model town via vijaynagar. Iam sure something can be done about it.. Its so close to police lines.. Its really sick that such condition exists in the capital of the country.
