Poor water supply in Kanishka Residency

The water supply in Kanishka Residency is very poor. Some days we don't get any water. When the water is supplied it fails to reach the second floor (where I stay) and there is always scarcity of water. On top of that we've to go to the private tankers to get water and shell money. Can somebody help.
