No committment policy

This is in refernce to the harrassment made by the gurgaon center of Bluedart. I have been suffering from this harrassment for last 2 days and even after continous and numerous calls to the Delhi center, these guys are all liers and have no respect for their clients. My packet was to arrive from American Express and first time they told me they couldn't find teh office. Second day they told me that the packet woudl arrive at any cost between 8 am to 6 pm as their delivery boy had already left from office and they cant connect with him to know where he is at the current time. The whole day i made numerous calls to keep track, when he is coming. At the end of day he comes and deliveres all the packets but forgets mine. The Third day i am again promised that it is coming in 10 minutes past 9 and since morning its the end of third day now and no appearance of the delievery. I would like to make a not in the name of Sanjana in Delhi office that she makes false promises and has no character of fulfilling her delievery promises. I have forwarded the same complaint to the American Express office so that they can think 100 times before choosing bluedart to be their deleivery boys. I belong to the corporate world and the packet meant most important to me. To Hell with Bluedart offices in Delhi and gurgaon.
