REGARDING WAIVER OF AMOUNT IN RELIANCE CDMA 9386709609

I have recharged my Reliance CDMA No. (9386709609) with 100/- Rs on 13 Nov 10. From that very moment an amount of Rs 5/- is being deducted on a regular basis even without any VAS subscription.

That is a regular practice, and it is the second time I am facing such a problem inspite of my complaint on this forum.

Please look into the matter as it is causing me gross embarrassment and is compelling me to change the operator...
