LIC INDIA Not received the policy from past 3 months

Hello,

I had applied for Amulya jeevan LIC policy through a agent at LIC Office jayanagar branch, Banglaore. I have submitted all the required documents and Chq payble to LIC india led for Rs 12, 400/=. I also finished medical examination which is a prerequisite for the same.

The amount was deducted from my account on 12th Dec. Its more than 3 months i have finished my medical test, submited the required docuements & paid the first premium. I have followed up with the agent more than 50 times so far and now he is not answering to my calls.

I am glad to transfer this to another LIC agent who can follow up on this and get me the policy at the earliest.

Is there a way to report this to higher officials in LIC, who can take action against such agents.

Lastly i would like to address this in consumer court.
