Enewal of corporate policy

Dear sir, i was working in an mnc till july . my family, mother, father and myself were covered under corporate medical policy thru fhpl for rs. 1.0 l each, family floater, in april my mother was diagnosed with a critical illness and required immediate hospitalization . the bill was 1.2 l which the co. prompthy reimbursed . then the policy was also renewed thru corporate pressure in june 08 . since the problem is big i exausted the new limit of 3.0 l till july 08 . now the treatment is still on but i have exausted the limits.

the treatment is long and i may require say another 10 l further in this year only and a similar amount next year as well . i have lost my job and do not have a source of income now.

my agent told me i cannot buy a new policy as it will not cover the existing illness . both i and my father are uncovered as i used the full floater on my mother.

lastly since it was a corporate policy the company says it will not renew the policy next year even if i pay the premiun as i have left the job.

please help me, is it my right to get the policy renewed next year atleast.

please help!!!
