Eimbushment rejection

Dear sir,

my self mahesh kumar agrawal working as engineer in nalwa steel & power limited.

last year i was taking medical policy from dedicated health service pvt. limited

and take medical treatment in private hospital. after treatment the policy provider say i m not given medical raimbushment claim due to various factor regarding hospital (as not have 15 bad in hospital, not having self ICU etc.).than i asked to medicliam representative as u dont explain early that the hospital posses 15 bad & icu.

so that is their fault

than what i do sir

i m vary much harasment mentaly economically and physicaly

pls give sugession
