BUS TICKET PROBLEM

This is to bring to your kind notice that we had purchased two tickets for Digha to Kolkata (Travel Date 26/01/09 TKT NO 017382-017383) from Medidrips Carrier Jai Dada Bus Service (Agent Code-A001) on 15/01/09.But when we boarded the bus on 26/11/09 we found to our utter surprise that our seat no 15, 16 were occupied by some other passengers who were holding valid tickets. The bus driver was reluctant to give us any other seat. Then we had no other option but to detain the bus. We requested the Bus Driver to take the Bus to the nearby Police Station but he refused to do so. After almost one hour of heated exchange of words the Bus Driver arranged for one Sumo from Kathi Town. This is sheer act of irresponsibility from their side. Moreover the operation manager of Medidrips Carriers Mr Mukherjee said that we passengers were disturbing him by calling on his mobile. I hope you will take suitable action against the culprits.
