Delay of lpg supply

I m a consumer of m/s mehar gas agency Rohtak wide my consumer no is 4421 and i want to complaint regarding non supply of l.p.g cyllinder. Your distributor is totaly Blackia. He is selling cyllinder in rs 500-600 each and not supply the genuine consumer. He caught red handed with 29 cyllinder without any record by food and supply office 4 days before. But no action has been taken against the owner due to bribe is given. He is supplying one cyllinder in 45 to 60 days.their way of talking is very rude to the customer. Kindly take action. Looking a favourable response from ur end.
