Loading of caller tunes in midnight through SMS

It has been highly embarassing to get midnight SMS on my CDMA Mobile 9327158672 and loading of caller tune without my prior approval and debiting from the balance amount.

Time and again I have lodged complain but of no avail.

Please look into the matter and act urgently.
