Huge deduction

Dear Sir / Madam,

We regret to inform you that huge amounts are being deducted from our running Flexi Plan Policy No.413305. The actual amount was deposited Rs.47000.00 and the fund position is Rs.34565.00; which upsets us.

At the time of commencement policy agent assured that your amount will be doubled within three year; while the fund position says a different story.

You are kindly requested to provide us the past deduction and motility charges right from starting, [year wise, and right from starting] and in future whatever deduction or amount will be deducted from our Flexi Plan Policy No.413305 immediately.
