Voter Card not Received

Dear Sir,

I Deepak Kumar Singh resident E-501, Plot-8, Sector-21, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai-410210, Maharashtra submitted several times all required documents to respective TAHSILDAR Office and they promised us that they shall courier Voter Card on or before the election, but election finished and i was not permitted to caste my vote because of Voter Card. One way you appeal to citizen of India that this is our birth right to have voter card and to caste the valuable vote being the citizen of India and on other hand your this behavior prooves your worst responsibility and point out several question, and i m sorry to say but this is the truth that being everything and all infrastructure due to higher authorities and politicians our India counted as under developing. Why you don't command on the system why you just pay the people who just waster their whole day on chair.

its time to think in not only one department but in all departments and their associates. If you really want to do something, atleast start from somewhere/
