Massive Power Cuts in Balewadi, Pune

I live in Balewadi area in Pune city, Maharashtra. Recently there is ongoing road work and eletricity work in place for Commwealth Asia Games to be held in October.

Due to this, we people are facing severe power cuts, almost 14-15 per day.

This is really not accepted. They shouldn't do all this work sacrificing a normal peoples routine life. Recently there was a power cut on Friday (20 Hrs), Satuday (6 Hrs), Sunday (13 Hrs).

Is this what is called "MANAGEMENT". Was MSEB sleeping that they started the work on the very last moment. MSEB is the worst board in our country. They should be actually punished for doing such things.
