Fradulent changes in Policy Document

I have purchased Met Advantage Plus Policy of Metlife India Insurance Co. Ltd number 20027800 on 04/06 by completing and signing the application form number 411148565. I chose the Moderator option of this scheme for the investment of Rs. 20, 000/- with one time investment for the duration of 3 years. The policy document issued on June 17th and received by me on 23rd June was grossly incorrect per se to the allotment of funds, duration of scheme and mode of payment. In the application form these changes were made by the company after my submission of the form by forging my signature. The fund’s options were changed to Multiplier, duration changed to 5 years and payment was converted to regular. All these forgeries and modification have been brought to the notice of the company on 29th June (written complaints) and by E mail on 01/07. The company is insisting to return the policy first and get the money refund under “freelook option of the company” wherein the refunded money is grossly reduced as per NAV. Since then I have exchanged several emails but company officials insisted to return the original policy which is sole proof of forgery by Metlife India Insurance Co. Ltd. I have been harassed by the company and looser in money after investment by fraudulent act of the company. I have documentary proofs of these fraudulent acts of the company. I seek just redressal of my complaint and refund of my money in toto.
