Dear Sir,

I am very much sorry to inform you that I received your Pending requirement letter of Dated 26/Aug on 17/ Sept?

Though my Cheque is accepted by your company on date 27/Aug.

After that I visited sever time to your representative AXIS Bank, V.V. Nagar but no one can able to help me in this case nor any staff member contact me for my medical check up.

I am too much unhappy by this type of your company's working style. I am here by informing you to please cancel my Insurance and please return my money back to my account.

If this type of working style how you can help the person when he need your insurance help? Is this the way you help to process my proposal at the earliest?
