Metlife Insurance Policy - Metsmart
Illegal Deductions from my account

My policy Number: 1200500085991

The company has deducted huge amount of Rs 44718.51 from my account (more than my annual premium) on 25/08 under a transaction named "Unit Adjustment" for which I do not see any explanation in policy document what it means. On calling the customer support helpline at 1 800 4256969 the customer rep is not able to explain this and told me that her senior would call me but no one ever called me. I called my agent "Allegro Advisor" who sold this policy to me and they also do not know what these deductions are.

Even if this is a mistake that they supposedly will correct the question is how can this mistake happen just like that. This is completely unacceptable.
