Requirement of a movable dustbin

Dear Sir/Madam,

It has been difficult to stay here because of wastage in front of our home. All local people are throwing their dust here on road instead of using dustbin (permanent) due to which creation of mosquetoes, also bad smell are coming from this wastage.

Once some people came for a visit and promised that a movable dustbin will be kept here but till date nothing done. Also no sweepers are cleaning this road on daily basis. Please lookinto this matter and do needful asap.
