My Policy No. is 1200800486829. I had paid my premium through the Axis Bank, Rayagada Branch in November, 08. But again another amount of Rs.20000/ was deducted from my account and was paid to Metlife. When I complained the metlife authorities wrote me that the amount will be sent to me by cheque within 10 days. But now one month has passed and there is no response from them.
