Ude and racist remarks by the lady bus conducto

Hello Sir

On Saturday I boarded a 10K bus from paradise stop at around 5p.m. When I got into the bus the lady bus conductor made rude comments on my clothing which I don't think is of any concern to anyone other than me. She also made racist remark as I am from Assam. This is actually a very serious offence and I would like an action on this. I din't notice the number of the bus but it was a 10K number metro bus. The rude remarks were because of the fact that i was wearing a capri (3-4th pants) and also because I did not know telegu. This was more of an assault and it went to so much extent that I had to get down from the bus before my stop. The Bus was at the lifestyle turning to ameerpet at 17:12 p.m if it helps to detect the bus. Also when I was geting down the driver and the conductor were making fun of the state I belong to. This was very torturing for me mentally and also if andhra pradesh treat people from other state in such a manner I think it a huge problem.

I would like an action fast please.

I plan to take this to the governor by taking special permission and also to my state representative.

If action not taken I will even drag this internet site to court as it can be traced.
