Escalator not working for 21 days

Dear Sir,

I am a rgeular traveller by metro rail. It has been boticed that for last 21 days that the escalator in Rabindra Sadan is not working & has been removed fro repair. As a result, the gate is closed for public to commute.

It is almost taking 5-8 minutes to reach the gate because of the closure of the gate.

Would request immediate action in the matter so that public do not suffer.
