Refund of Security Deposit

Dear Sir,

I had participated in MHADA's 2009 scheme for 2 locations. As per Mhada requirement I had deposited Security Deposit of Rs. 15, 000 /- in each scheme i.e. total Rs. 30, 000/-. My form Nos. are 035699 & 195382. My name & no. was not appeared in winners list and also I haven't received my deposit money/refund till today. There is no helpline available in Mhada to enquire about the refund status, neither they have given any instructions in their scheme booklet, if such a situation arises. Few of my friends & relatives have received money back but many have same problem as I had. Request you to please do the needful and help consumers like me.
