Dear Sir/Madam,

On 16th July I bought a CD player MHCRV-22 from you for the price of 16, 000 from Manoj Electronics Mayur Vihar -1. Unfortunately, I have discovered that this item was faulty from day1 since it was bought i have carried out 6 repairs from my own pocket after the warranty expired spending close to 7, 000 Rs. and the company itself carried out 6 services for the Set still. It works for a couple of months then again falls back into it's usual condition I am requesting you to carry out the necessary repairs needed to restore the item to the condition it should be in. Or else get it changed ASAP otherwise i would not have no other option then to go to the consumer court.
