LPG Dealer's Cheatings

This is hereby informed that I am a consumer of LPG of Indian Oil Corporation under the dealership of “M/s. PRAGJYOTISH GAS AGENCY”, Dispur, Guwahati – 781006, Assam, India. I always get troubles in getting LPG Refill though as per Rules the gap should be 21 days. But every time the Manager / other officials of the dealer tells that it would be deliver by 1 or 2 days but all are in vain. I tried to contact the Proprietor of the agency but the officials do not provide me the contact numbers or address where to meet. The delivery boy sales to some people having no Consumer ID of the same in a high price. Even if I offer higher price, I may also get the same because I have got 2/3 times due to empty of my gas cylinder.

I, therefore, request Indian Oil Corporation to make sudden unofficial field verification, so that the dealers can be controlled by the IOC & try to provide better services to the Registered Consumer.
