Mobile is not repaired

Dear Sir,

I am using micromax mobile from last 10 months. The handset is x1i. I have some problem in my handset, so I have given the handset on company authorized service center on 1-oct, but my handset is not repaired, I am moving there many time but they not repaired my handset, today he called me and say that it will take some more time. I am not happy and satisfied with the service center.
