Pathetic Customer Sevice

Dear Mr. Vaidyanathan,

There was a problem in our micro wave over and we are in a talk with the local representative Mr. Rajubhai - 9898039095 at Jamnagar (Gujarat) since October to get it repaired.

But everytime we call he says there is some part to be replaced but the company is short of that particular part. Its been more than 6 months that i have been following up for the same.

Is this the service you provide to your customers.??? Is there any such proper person from whom i can get my oven repaired.???

Need your urgent intervention to solve my query. Hope it will be resolved in next 7 days. My mobile no. is 9925104380.
